Management needs to be more lean and hire people who have drive instead of just sending FYI emails and collecting a paycheck. Management is extremely lazy.
Employees who go above and beyond are not valued and tend to leave for other companies after a few years. No real reward system and laziness is tolerated.
Management needs to be changed. The Alpha model is terrible and is not effective. People need to be held accountable who create terrible tools for us to work with.
