Terrible CEO and bloated leadership which does not provide any direction.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring more engineers instead of creating useless management positions for people who should not be in management.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Good engineers and good engineering leaders who work hard at making sure you are making the right decisions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Half of the team works hard and the rest make excuses “being busy” and do not pull their wei

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management needs to be more lean and hire people who have drive instead of just sending FYI emails and collecting a paycheck. Management is extremely lazy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees who go above and beyond are not valued and tend to leave for other companies after a few years. No real reward system and laziness is tolerated.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs to be changed. The Alpha model is terrible and is not effective. People need to be held accountable who create terrible tools for us to work with.
