I am happy and proud to work at UL. I feel valuable. I have learned much and feel the opportunity to grow is available. However, I do feel it is a bit hard to grow and the path to advancement is a bit slow and difficult. I would like to "know" how to streamline growth, and career advancement.

the team I work with is positive and everyone collaborates effectively.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k matching and AEIP seem to be average or above average.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my work and feeling .like I a make a difference
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
UL has a better than average culture. For the most part, they care about employees. Many other companies are not as kind/caring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team allows autonomy and flexibility in work. They also acknowledge the work efforts of the team members, not taking credit for other people's work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I have heard from many people that they never received a call back. I feel like the "algorithm" is more important than the people . A reference should carry some weight.
