I enjoyed working with my colleagues and this environment inspires me to grow, while the total compasation is getting less acctractive comparing with I first joined this company, also it's harder to acctract young tallent and cause excellent people to resign.

High attrition rate in certain areas, offers we collected from our colleagues etc. makes us suspect how our marked base bas been set? and we got nothing valuable but official lines like it based on market survey.
