We must believe on collaboration , everything can not be compare with revenue no. If revenue no is not growing its not a failure of the ground level employees its wrong strategy of leadership team which must be addressed by leadership team
What makes you most happy at work?
This company is a great company, I am very much proud to be part of UL, but in recent past the culture of the company has been affected negatively. I know this might be a short, but UL will overcome all temporary phase & again become a great company
