I understood that the interview process that was followed for me is not something that everyone gest to enjoy. i was asked scenario based questions which i think worked very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about everything that is going on in the company. They also take a lot of effort to equip us employees with the skillsets, toolsets and mindsets that are required to manage any ongoing situation.
