Leadership has made a concerted effort to improve communication to staff over the last decade or so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation and benefit package is in line with other "corporate" work-places for medium sized companies. For me, the 401K and array of other benefits to choose from are the best part of the compensation package.
