collaboration, flexibility, appreciation for hard work and work well done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The AEIP and the paid Leaves of Absence policies (although I have never taken advantage of a leave of absence, it's beneficial to many employees).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is relatable to the employees. They often seek feedback from employees regarding both current state and future plans. They model good behavior (which is key at UL). I feel comfortable reaching out directly to most members of our leadership team if necessary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. We step up for each other. We support each other. We have fun together. We have become closer as a team during COVID - working well together and dealing with the stressful issues together. Our team leader sets the tone for a collaborative and engaged team.
