It's fine enough as a job but upper management is really only concerned with playing hierarchical musical chairs and changing their titles every few years. Decent opportunities for career growth in the company if you have a good manager.

My direct management looks for opportunities to provide access to education and certification programs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be paid more and benefits should be better. Maternity leave is only 8 weeks. Other companies have far better parental leave policies. I would feel better about my compensation if it paid about 15-20k more.
