The culture is changing slowly but surely from a "we've never done it like that before attitude" to "let's see how we can make this work" attitude.

There is never a dull moment. I love the people I work with. I also love the flexibility and family friendly atmosphere that UL has embraced for such a long time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am lucky to have a team with folks that want to do the right thing everyday they walk through the laboratory doors. They want to do right by each other as well as the customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been a UL employee for 21 years and have seen 3 presidents before Jenny. I can say without hesitation that Jenny is the leader of the pack when it comes to clear communication and staying on track with initiatives.
