There is a general expectation to work hard, but there are lots of opportunities to socialize with your team and outside of your team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The behavior questions are lengthy and repetitive. Our specific team has implemented a more personal approach to interviewing like having other team members participate, tour and feel involved in the decision making process. This isn't general practice at UL though.
