My team has a variety of backgrounds and experiences so it really does feel collaborative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very happy that UL has allowed me to relocate a few times for non-UL reasons.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that there were two phone interviews before doing an in person interview. I felt like that maximized the interview time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
UL promotes itself as company that puts employees first, but it feels very difficult to get a significant raise. I feel like I have had to perform at 120% in order to get 2.5% raises the last few years.
