What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to be available and approachable.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The recruiter was very positive and friendly.

What makes you most happy at work?

My salary is the best thing about my job.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Better communication. We are all burnt out after 15+ months of working during a pandemic with very little acknowledgement of the current state of the world.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus structure depends on who your manager is. I feel that my current manager allocates bonuses fairly and equitably. That is not always the case.
