I was extremely excited when Jenny Scanlon took the reigns here at UL. I truly believed she would provide a fresh perspective and provide vision for the future. I don't believe she has made true on this promise. We were promised transparency and given time lines that were not met.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication. We are all burnt out after 15+ months of working during a pandemic with very little acknowledgement of the current state of the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure depends on who your manager is. I feel that my current manager allocates bonuses fairly and equitably. That is not always the case.
