Very Transparent Leadership and everything is communicated in a transparent way and this is very good
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales Incentive Plan. Though Its but challenging but I love it. The Bad part is that SIP plan is changing frequently. Sometimes it is coming in my Favor sometimes not.
