The talk of a more united and one UL.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They saw the opportunity to do better and are acting on it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work on a small team. We work and collaborate well together to get the job done. They are my work family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Can you like something about an interview process? I don't think my interview process was "the norm". I was hired after being an intern. That was only a phone interview with weird personality questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get the opportunity to problem solve. Then, I get to build and create the solution. Creating a better, faster, and easier way of doing things 'fuels my jets'. I look forward to those projects the most.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work with all men in my department. I do the exact same work as them and get paid less. I have been there less years but I am more educated and often the go-to person for technical questions amongst our team. At the moment I have my sights on a different position in UL.
