After coming back from a long parental leave (5 years), I was scared to be treated different. but instead I was welcome with enthusiasm. I feel extremely happy to be part of a company with a woman CEO, but also a company that cares about its employees regardless of gender and background.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we communicate quite often and if we have questions we just go ahead and ask. support and communication is the key.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was friendly. I felt welcome since the beginning, regardless of my family status and the amount of hours I am able to work.

we are committed to a safer world. we try to create value for our clients via products/services but we also care about sustainability. we are One UL, we are One World.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are committed to profitable growth by investing in people and technology. They let us know that without a good working environment and without the right tools this growth it will not be possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do believe in a better world, and I am more than happy to take part of the green energy transition. To work for a cause that will make this word safer and greener, is what inspires me everyday.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalue because compare to the industry in the country where I leave and my position I am underpaid. I have an old contract and recently rejoined the company, so I think this will change by the next salary/compensation review.
