Vacation & Sick time need to match the industry better. The bureaucracy of a larger company is very prevalent. Safety here is awesome

The movement forward to become less fragmented and more cohesive for our clients. At UL they are trying to change and accommodate for their insufficiencies to update this company into a wonderful place to work for all groups & individuals.

The collaboration, dedication, agility, courage and assistance in each one of them is above and beyond. Customer centricity and the company are at the forefront of their minds. Cooperation in reaching the common goal through collaboration / teamwork is unsurmountable on our teams.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They seem to be following a que card of questions. The time it takes to getting hired is way to long on the average it has taken 2 to 4 mnths. Contact made to interviewee with yeah or nah for acceptance would be courteous.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management needs to become more aware and hear from those who are within the lower ranks of the company. Step up meetings or those from lower ranks should meet with upper management so that they get a more accurate picture of the working environment and daily activities.
