My job is not described/levelled accurately while defining market rate which caused me not receiving almost any merit increase for 5 years. Having my position described and addressed accordingly, and being compensated according to this correct description would make me feel better.
We are very collaborative, constructive, focus on improvement, doing things better. Cultural change, transformation we could achieve is very exciting, and as we are all aware of what we achieve and that we achieved it together that provides us trust and confidence.
Strong focus on always trying better and teamwork. We are very keen to having good experiences with our customers while being very clear in our ground rules. We do care about feedbacks we are given, seeing a complaint shifting to a big satisfaction is very nice to experience.
