Having been at UL for over 25 years, I've seen many changes across the organization but have never been as excited as I am now about the future of the company under Jenny's direction nor the opportunities to grow as an employee her leadership has provided. The future is indeed very bright!

Most everyone is willing to raise their hand to help others and to put in that extra effort to help out out customers (internal & external).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very apparent that most employees live the company's mission and take pride in the work they do.....working to make the world a safer place.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The focus on putting our customer's first, leading through science and desire to improve the lives of our employees is more that a mantra. While not perfect, they are trying to live up to these words.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We all believe that we should be paid more but the total compensation package base salary, all employee incentive, and long-term incentive plans for eligible senior leaders when considered in total is very competitive based on what I hear from my peers outside of the company.
