What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone at UL receives an annual bonus (All Employee Incentive Plan). UL's 401k Match, as well reasonable Health insurance plans.

I believe our culture and environment are all very employee-centric. We all give 100% and UL gives us 100% right back.

My team(s) are all professional, responsible and work so hard for UL. We have a mission, and everyone brings their "A" game.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager works harder than I do. He is fair and challenges me. I love the changes UL has made. The trickle down from Executive leadership to my manager's level shows how much we employees are valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel best when I am leading a team of hard working folks who want to give their all. I love working on exciting new projects and helping create programs. Every day is new and different and keeps me motivated and focused!
