In general, the mission of the company which makes me feel committed 100% with my work. the CCNs i work are very interesting and love learning about them having such great mentors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believed I have met and exceeded expectation in company, i have gained more responsibilities but very difficult to get higher job position. I have noticed other employees for other departments are seen and recognized more frequently which makes me feel frustrated.
