As a software engineer, I work in a small corner of UL. It feels like a small company with the resources of a large company. There's lots of opportunities to interact with people around the world. Having coworkers who speak different languages and come from different background is really cool.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Diversity and Inclusion is a big theme. I learn a lot through company sponsored events / panels on PRIDE, BIPOC etc issues.

There is a collaborative culture where we strive for the best result as a team. I don't feel like I'm competing with my peers. People take time to help you learn.
