I am excited about our CEO. She has been on the job a few years and has implemented significant positive change. When covid hit I was impressed that she and senior staff took a pay hit to prevent layoff. Talk about putting your own money for your ideas! Very impressed!

Better insurance coverage. Moving from UNH to Blue Cross. Increase in pay.
