Nothing specific, I had to follow up regularly to communicate my extreme interest in working for UL
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like my salary should be in line with the job requirements. I came into a position making much less than my predecessor to do more work based off restructuring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ok for the most part. Sometimes it's feels as if they don't understand what it really takes to be successful in the process. There are many unnecessary steps one must take to get things done. Management is hardly aware of this.
