Currently work remote and I feel supported in this role.

I feel it is fair. Healthcare costs are just too high per market trends.

The opportunities to support BRGs and volunteer when I can. When leadership shows appreciation for my work accomplishments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
All my interviews have been fine. The process has changed for the better vs when I started 20 years ago.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are becoming more transparent and sharing better details about their business plans and where they are headed. It is good to see they are getting more involved with BRGS to support DEI programs.
