Under Armour Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

health insurance retirement plan other perks

50% off everything in the store for high end clothing which is usually on sale is really nice

Review from Sales Dept

The overall health and dental benefits

They include lots of perks/benefits.

Really great benefits and pay!

Lots of paid time off, great 401K matching options, decent pay.

Great PTO and holiday pay (but half the holidays you are required to work anyway)

Comp is on par w market.

Up until 2020, the best part was bonus, but that's changing, so no more.

The best part is they pay every Friday instead of every other week

Review from Product Dept

Great health benefits and 401k matching

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm pretty much the sole person who replenishes the men's department either that what freight puts out in the morning. Offering a lead position in the men's department and a pay increase.

I don't know medical benefits. Or vision and dental insurance.

Working multiple tasks while others are on their phones enjoying their time

RESPECT, COMPENSATION, COMPLIMENTS, BONUSES, CARING ATTITUDE!

I took on a lot of responsibility when my manager left the company and was awareded "Sr" to my title and a small raise. My work load tripled and I was responsible for admin and operations for the entire team. The changes to my title and compensation did not reflect the amount of work I took on.

401k match could be improved

Review from Operations Dept

Full time hours not part time

Review from Operations Dept

A title and salary bump equal to the job I perform

They will not offer full time so they don't have to pay for benefits

Review from Product Dept

yes and we should be paid more for the work we do

Review from Product Dept

Compensation is below national average.

Bonus payouts have not been given at their full percentage due to mid-year shifts in direction based on Wall Street expectations.
