Evenyone needs to be retrained. New employees are pushed to sales floor with no training. Old management team continues to drag old problems with them and that is why this store is tanking. Most of the team doesn't even want to interact with customers.

letting me outside not beating me whith a stick
Treating their teammates with respect, dignity, patience and understanding. Most managers appear to be in-equipped with the rationale to aid or train their colleagues without threatening their livelihoods. Don't work for UA unless you are desperate for a meager resume builder.
Fair schedule, less favoritism, appreciate hard work, fire those who arent capable of doing the basic tasks for the position
Leadership should not be passive aggressive or go by hearsay.
I'm pretty much the sole person who replenishes the men's department either that what freight puts out in the morning. Offering a lead position in the men's department and a pay increase.
I don't know medical benefits. Or vision and dental insurance.
Working multiple tasks while others are on their phones enjoying their time
RESPECT, COMPENSATION, COMPLIMENTS, BONUSES, CARING ATTITUDE!
I took on a lot of responsibility when my manager left the company and was awareded "Sr" to my title and a small raise. My work load tripled and I was responsible for admin and operations for the entire team. The changes to my title and compensation did not reflect the amount of work I took on.
People need to be held accountable to company standards
IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT...IT'S MANAGEMENT!
The culture is not collaborative and celebrates whoever has the loudest voice in the room. A better approach would be to listen and strive to add real value to consumers through both products and experiences.
Leadership promoted winner-loser culture; not teamwork they preach
team work is something they need to work on

It’s so far-gone; I just wouldn’t work here and if I were an SVP, I’d bale and put my efforts somewhere else. Never any alignment on direction of the company among all the executives. They need to lock themselves into a room until they figure i
Hire people who are excited to be there. Hire people who aren't just there for a paycheck.
Connected Fitness is the stepchild of UA. There is no direction, strategy, or career growth. Leadership has a bully mentality.

Total lies. They make it out like you are working a shift and then it is two days mandatory overtime constantly for months on end without even mentioning that in the interview and making out like you are getting your shift with possible, random overtime days. No, it is constant.
One sided interview that should have been a sign
It was too one-sided and it should have been a sign

Employees are not heard instead they are met with aggressive behavior to instill fear this does not create a health productive environment
Make clothing for all. Instead of very fit and athletic people. Many bigger sized individuals loves the brand but can never find their sizes in the store only online. And listen to ideas of teammates about future clothing/needs to help customers shop more at the brand
HR is awful; reputation and being nice is valued over delivering results; Digital-vs-not is a big gap, and HQ culture is not good.
UA needs to pay their employees more competitively
