Considerate solely of the stock holder / Wall Street - could care less about employee or customer input. Offshore predominate customer service to the Philippines - whom give the 'House' Away to get the great reviews they receive
They engage with us teammates and show they care for you not only as an employee but as part of a family
Everyone is understanding and excellent except my store manager

Being able to express my ideals, goals and future accomplishments
The provocative nature of my interviewer was so delicious to answer personal questions for until ..it spoke. I sat puzzled because my ears heard a sound not consistent with my eyes.
