Better communication skills, elimminating non essential roles in management, build a sense of transperancy, trust and rapport with employees. Hire based off of relevant skills and experience, imstead of purely nepotism and discrimmination factors.
Unfair treatment don’t treat the staff with dignity and respe
There's an executive team? All I know of is one person and you can never reach them. There is no team working for this company.
Not being cutthroat, divisive and alienating. Provide proper on-boarding and reasonable, clearly defined expectations
Caring and accommodating the employees

Increase fixed pay and that will work
As a supervisor, I have way more responsibility than a lead union employee and they are easily able to make more lmore money than me with much less aggravation
Consider previous experience and pay according to performance.

They say that our travel benefits are accounted for in our hourly increase.
The workload and immense responsibility of the job should demand much higher compensation
Emphasis on conducting yourself proffesionally in the work place and resolving issues on the spot without having to go to HR,
There's no meeting and you cannot even get a hold of anyone I don't think this is a real company. You can't even get a hold of anyone in HR. No training. It really seems like it's a scam and I'm not working for someone.
Review from Sales Dept
Everyone is out for themselves. There's no sense of team, it's purely survival and very cutthroat
Lazy people need to not be rewarded
Less nepotism and more merit.
Better pay, quality of life, work life balance
Give the employees a raise

Leadership, starting with Kirby and some that he brought in.
Transparency and accountability. The executives get away with terrible acts and actions, some illegal and seem to be untouchable.
Less superficial from top level; stop introducing bogus concepts that only end up being jokes to most level of employees; be realistic. Unfortunately there is no class left for being known as a global carrier since the merger as CO came in with none and proceeded to drag the rest down.

I think the interview was a scam because nothing's as it is said
Make the application process more straightforward
Lack of clarity about the actual role and tasks you would be doing once hired. I have buyers remorse because what was said to me in the interview was very different than what I'm working on
Review from Design Dept
Extremely slow process. Sitting on the interviewer side of the table, I see many unqualified applicants presented by HR. Yet I am aware of highly qualified applicants who don't make it to the interview phase
There is nothing that I would do to improve the company interview process.
The company should aim for quality before quantity. Improving employee satisfaction is important.

United has fallen into the wokeness that many are falling into. Stop the madness and run a fair and equitable company.
Let employees have room to not be micro managed
Stop leading from the top down.
Eliminate 50% of management. The kingdoms and silos are huge. I have 10 layers of management between me and the top.
Eliminate layers of management and become a more responsive and employee focused solutions company.
Growth.
