The pay is awesome but work is hard
Benefits are great just need better leadership.
Paid time off and benefits
I get paid for the HONEST work that i put in.
The benefits are the best part
Health insurance, PTO, 401K, hourly pay and bonus
It's just across the board reasonable. Not gold standard, but good, solid benefits.
PTO time is always a plus!
Generous PTO & ability to purchase additional
The Complete package is amazing
Insurance and 401 K PTO
Salary is fair, good yearly increase
Competitive pay and benefits. 401k match, HSA plan, wellness benefits
Paid time off and retirement options
Fair to overall market. Feel valued with annual reviews with financial incentives
The pay, the PTO, tuition reimbursement.
The bonus and the PTO
PTO, WFH, other benefits with health
Competitive wages with a never ending opportunity for expansion. There is always room to move up and become better.
I love working from home. Flexable schedule
We are the largest healthcare company in the country and our health benefits are garbage. They just cut our 401k match and the actual salary compensation is some of the lowest in the market against peer companies or other large employers.
Ded/oop is too high considering we work for an insurance company
because i was laid off after working there 10 years
Better ESPP discount, better 401k matching, less expensive health insurance. I mean we are the insurer after all.
They cross train you on everything they can and don't want to compensate you for the extra knowledge and calls coming in you can handle after a short training class your supposed to be an expert at immediately.
Atleast increase base salary by 20% or give 10+ stocks as bonus or recognize people by giving them good year end bonus (not 4-5% but atleast 10%)
Most employees do not get shares in the company. They are payed under the market value especially in areas where other similar jobs are not available
nurses in general arw under valued, personally i feel this aay because the vast majority of nurses are females and there is still inequality in workplace
When coworkers quit, their positions are not backfield quick enough, and when they are filled, the training new hires receive is inadequate to handle the roll, leading them to quit, which puts more work on my plate but no additional compensation for that increased work load.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Measured like a person in a factory. Quantity not quality
Turned out highest Customer Satisfaction ratings every year, but bonuses were paid only for most handled...got raises every year...but at rate of 25 cents, 50 cents, while execs got Hundreds of thousands of dollars for shipping all our work to phillipines where no one understands members.
The pay is horrible. They say they give cost of living increases, yet they don't. I am not making what i should according to their standards and they won't give me an increase.
I accepted the pay that I got when i was hired. I know my coworkers who came a few years later make more than me with years less of experience and skills. So while I know I am undervalued, it is my fault for accepting it and not leaving for a higher paid job.
if you work smart and efficiently, you end up working more with negligible financial rewards.
I feel like I really care about the patients and their well being and that I go above and beyond and really take my job seriously. I feel like I'm way under paid for what the job requirements are and the amount of things you have to do .
Better annual pay raises to keep up with inflation
Feeling appreciatex with growth opportunities
I had better benefits at the company Optum/UHG acquired.
Review from Operations Dept
Increased pay for the increased workload and added responsibilities
Job security. Non hostile work enviroment
