Earned by working 40 hr work weeks, then get 2 hrs off. Each quarter they give you 8 hrs and at the start of the year, they give you 24 hrs free..

What's the vibe like in the IT dept at USAA? How many hours are you working?
Vibe is great. Get your project work done and you’ll be fine. Every now and then you have a push to meet a really tight deadline and hours start to creep up but then it’ll be balanced out in the future when there’s a lull and you can catch your breath. If you’re just in IT for the money , this place is not for you. We want people with a passion for what they do and giving our best for our membership.
