So far it has been great. The only thing I'm a little concerned is the work life balance of some coworkers, as I have seen some calendars being really loaded. I hope that the WLB will get better as the company moves forward so that the load can be balanced between everyone.

Knowing that I can talk to people in a comfortable and professional level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is super supportive and is a Slack away when I need help with something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team cares about its IC's and want them to succeed while keeping a balanced wellbeing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it's a transparent and comfortable environment. There will be days when I can get work done and days I can't. My team and company are extra supportive when I need to get things done in my life like errands and appointments.
