Working from home/remote. I feel like its really easy to have a good work like balance.

Theres a good mix of fun and culture, with hard work and wanting to achieve goals.

My ideas don't go on deaf ears. When I bring something up to leadership, I'm able changes.

There's no strict outline for each day. I love the variety of working on new projects and figuring out different puzzles

The culture of how hard everybody works. I feel like anybody on my team or others i've worked with have extremely high work ethics
