What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very professional, knowledgeable and well-driven. Maintains an open dialogue with all employees regarding all aspects of the company. They follow an employee-first policy and that motivates employees to contribute back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued not in terms of the company but compared to other big companies out there who pay slightly more to employees working in a similar role. Also, the work load is a bit more so compensation feels a little less.
