Their focus and passion for the mission. It is inspiring and makes coming to work each day and giving my best a joy, not a chore.

The work that I do and the constant push to deliver my best work keeps me motivated and excited to see what can be accomplished each day.

The team is incredibly supportive and is top of their class in terms of talent. I get to learn something new every day and its incredible to be in this environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've taken on more responsibility without compensation for it, but am doing it because it needs to be done in order for the company to continue to grow and meet its goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One incredible thing is the executive team is always open to opinions and wants to hear good ideas, no matter where they come from. Every opinion matters equally and because of that, the company does incredible things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team member that I come across, whether it is in my group or outside of my group offers a wealth of knowledge and experience I can pull from to grow. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming and that itself stems from leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is completely invested in the employee experience and ensuring that employees are provided feedback, can reach attainable goals and care about us as people. Furthermore, to see leadership lead by example is inspiring and makes working at Ushur a wonderful experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Ushur is quick to give recognition for work that others do. This is a team-first mentality and inspires me to do my best work without fear of not being recognized for the work I do. Plus, it inspires me to always recognize others for their accomplishments.
