The people, and the freedom to run with things I create and implement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all care about our company mission and each other. Everyone is always willing to help when needed. Lots of heart.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care and support we have for each other. Since COVID started we implemented a wellness day where our company takes off the last Friday of each month. I feel taken care of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I got to interview with multiple people individually that I would be working with. It was great to get a sense of the type of people I would be around. Everyone was very kind and approachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has each other's back and works together. They support their direct reports and put people first while working tirelessly towards our companywide goals. The expertise and talent they bring to the table is impressive. A wonderful team of leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to help others and make a difference. I am given the freedom to fully take my role and run with it. I am encouraged and trusted to implement ideas and plans I come up with. That is exciting to me.
