People. Everyone here makes the culture perfect and the environment perfect. Most importantly Ushur office is India, its a class apart.

The way how people enjoy working and having fun at the same time. Because we have some indoor sports inside office, I think that is the best part to keep employees engaged and have more productivity.

More interaction with people, less online meetings and the best part is every body is learning and people don't force or keep us at gun point if things go wrong. People work together here whitelist making each other learn.
