What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the happiest at work is the reassurance I get from my team and higher up. Being in the marketing/sales department has its obstacles and can be stressful. But, the reassurance and wisdom that the team provides alleviates the pressure and makes the bad days tolerable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is working with different people from a variety of cultures that are able to unite, knowing their voice is heard, to meet the goals of the company. Having a melting pot of culture, knowledge, and talent combined with leadership that listens makes it enjoyable to be part of the team
