I'm a relatively new employee and have been welcomed with open arms. Ushur has been very receptive of growth and positive change ideas. The organization is a little "meeting heavy" but aside from that, everything is great.

Team is very open to continuing to evolve - everyone is willing to help everyone else and thus far there is very little finger pointing

Very High EQ... a level of humility... being open to suggestion. Many of them have never "done this" before and are conscious of that.
