They have all individually welcomed me and answered my questions. They all seem like they know what they're doing leading the team
It is a fun and supportive and motivating team and you get to push more yourself.
They are all worried about their jobs. It is clear that the company operates with the attitude that everyone is expendable.

Theres not much leadership at humter many chiefs no braves
My personal, direct manager is amazing. He is so considerate, and makes me want to do a good job at work to represent him and the hard work he puts in to make my job an enjoyable experience.

They make millions up at the top and can easily afford to live in the mountains. We are three muscle and sweat behind the operation but need to go to a second job after a full day of teaching. Employee housing itself puts money back in the exec pockets.
The leadership teams are mostly approachable with not a lot of ego.
they do not micro manage

they are always moving forward. innovative

I like that everyone listens to one another
Super nice, flexible, understanding of my needs
Respecting the team and the humans who wirk there
everything. they are terrible. good luck.
Listening to the staff about concerns and issues, less meetings, and having a pulse on what the gas and the employees really think.
communication, use better conflict resolution between employees and human resources needs to do a better job of overseeing management. managers need to do a better job of supervising all employees.

Communication, time management, priorities, employee management, compassion
Over paid, care only about stock
Realizing that employees are their greatest asset. Re-invest in employees and realize that profits may take a hit in the short term but happy employees will ultimately will result in long term profit growth.
LISTENING to what people have to say.
Time to end the major pay gap people.
Inclusion isn't really practiced. "Masculine" leadership is more valued than "feminine" styles and while they won't say that out loud, they're not actually practicing open minded thinking about leadership styles and inclusion.
Everything. They are out of touch with little folk
They need to do a better job of inspiring people. All they do is instill fear and display arrogance
Pay their employees livable wages in some of the highest cost areas in the entire country
Vail leadership team is the most toxic i have ever seen. They try to brainwash their employees with the mantra of "agility" and "resilience" as they try to normalize a 14 hour work day. STAY AWAY.
Managers and leaders at Vail Resorts are disconnected from the employees they serve.
The leadership team only cares about $$ for their own pocket.
The draw to work for Vail resorts has always been the perks, which, have been slowly stripped from employees as the years pass.

Stop the micromanagement (EC controls everything) and empower your lower level workers and managers.
Needs to downsize, too many managers. Company needs to stop putting people from Park City side in charge of Canyons side, they do not know what they are doing. Need to take negative feedback better.
