Great down to earth people.
We have a very smart strong team theres not many of us left but we takentye weight of the mtn on are shoulders and do what we can do to laie customer's happy
My team gets along really well. We have done a nice job of ensuring a strong bond between everyone. We do not feel required to be best friends but we all naturally mesh well which is a nice thing for how much time we spend together.
I love most of the people I work with and we have a lot of smart people. But we're not compensated appropriately. Vail Resorts is not ready to treat high talented employees competitively.

Teamwork commication make sure that you have evidence to backup accusations make sure you know what is expected of you and your coworkers
Better communication, less cliques within the workplace.
Experience in the jobs they are doing. Many employees do not seem qualified to be doing the work they were hired for
teamwork and pulling their own weight
