They have all individually welcomed me and answered my questions. They all seem like they know what they're doing leading the team

It is a fun and supportive and motivating team and you get to push more yourself.

They are all worried about their jobs. It is clear that the company operates with the attitude that everyone is expendable.

Theres not much leadership at humter many chiefs no braves

My personal, direct manager is amazing. He is so considerate, and makes me want to do a good job at work to represent him and the hard work he puts in to make my job an enjoyable experience.

Listening to the staff about concerns and issues, less meetings, and having a pulse on what the gas and the employees really think.

communication, use better conflict resolution between employees and human resources needs to do a better job of overseeing management. managers need to do a better job of supervising all employees.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Access to mountains for skiing

fairly new, but so far they have good health care and time off/ such as pto or sick benefits. Not really sure about the rest.

The fact that they contribute to my 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting real world wages for the job we do don't don't take me wrong cause. I love working here and being in this environment. It would just be nice to make competitive wages yes in the real world

Low salary, no respect for employees, no break rooms, no place to sit, no coffee or drink machine, I'm treated like an animal. Never seen that, must be reported to the Nal Park!

Better communication, less cliques within the workplace.

Experience in the jobs they are doing. Many employees do not seem qualified to be doing the work they were hired for

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The employees. The skiing. The mountain.

The atmosphere and the visitors have been really nice. Of course I am only working the summer season, cannot speak on winter.

Care about employees, stop hiring fake people who pretend to care but just cover corperate tail.

They were open to answering all of my questions, and transferred my application internally to a different position than I originally applied for because they listened to my needs and found a better fit for me.

Stop forcing employees to endure interview for 10 days. Respect peoples time and don't expect them to come back to your office twice.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to ski. Management is trying to take that away. It feels like.

Taking a twisted piece of machinery and straightening it back out true and strong is incredibly satisfying. My fabrication skills save the resort thousands upon thousands of dollars annually.

Just talking to some of the guest briefly and tips of course. They tip well in Vail.

Listen to your employees who have more experience. My boss said my mountain and I have been skiing it prior to his birth. I thought that was arrogant.
