Care more about customer service. The community we live in. Value employees!

Company claims we get all the benefits,. However, getting access or using them is impossible.

They are all worried about their jobs. It is clear that the company operates with the attitude that everyone is expendable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is NO customer service? They just get an email address. And no HR. It is all a computer and nothing gets answered?
