Very unprofessional they say Dr. notes don't excuse an absence as well as they don't follow restrictions from doctors orders and still make it work at Oldsmar for animal hospital and they all talk about everybody's personal business to everybody out loud catty everyone quitting

All the supervisors are negative and unprofessional and talk about private confidential things about other employees in front of other employees everybody's in everybody's business and they don't care about their good people everybody is quitting
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital does not care about their employees they just hire parties that's why everybody quits that's good All they care about is money by getting at not giving up and they say that doctors notes are not excusable for a day of absence and they don't follow Dr. restrictions
