I honestly wished student loan forgiveness was a part of our Contractual Agreement. I was promised that student loans would be addressed when I was first hired and still nothing.

My schedule, being able to help animals and educate owners

They always listen. They are always present. They are understanding and considerate
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication! Negative attitudes! Teamwork! Will to work! Disrespect! Reprimands. Knowledge base (technichians, receptionist, management). Management skills. Patient care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I am speaking in regards to technician interview process. I think my interview process was average to above average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive attitude and work ethic of a few technicians as well as the communication and teamwork of the doctoral staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a better system in place that allows raises, such as performance, or x%(amount) raise per year, instead of produce, produce, produce. Some don't work in areas where that would allow a high salary would even be attainable.
