Individual employees are great management is awful. There are people who abuse power and they have no consequences because they are viewed as more valuable than others. Management truly does not care about the employees it has even been said from a manager that " you are replaceable by anyone"

Management needs replaced on many level. We need people with Management experience not self promoted people with no experience in management let alone a hospital
