Our hospital is not a priority to VCA. We can't get veterinarians. All surrounding VCA sister hospitals have 4+ vets. We have one. We have been asking for vets for 2yrs. It feels like our hospital is a sinking ship and no one cares. All we hear is how our p&l is SO BAD, with no help to fix it.

Management. No one takes responsibility
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone tries to be positive even though we all know we are on a sinking ship
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a CSR supervisor, and inventory/purchasing manager. I also deal with the plumbers, electricians.. everything. I am essentially the office manager without the recognition or pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We don't have the vets to accommodate our clients (we had 5 vets prior to VCA buying our hospital). We have increased our prices 3 times in 2 years
