Very caring, professional Associates who are patient- and client-centered. Needs to upskill in program management/change management/innovation and hard to get promoted. Leaders have a hard time letting others lead and are pretty disengaged from developing reports.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Healthcare benefits are average and 40(1)K match is not competitive. It takes a long time to accrue vacation days.
