Schedules are lean and 35 hours/week is considered full time, but the way employees are scheduled is strange - you will be scheduled 30 minutes after closing time, but you will rarely, if ever stay till that time, so hitting that 35 hour mark is unattainable unless you're scheduled as an opener.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having the flexibility to work more opening shifts so that I can actually support myself without having to rely on local food banks and other programs to lower my bills would be a start
