Medicine practiced is excellent with focus on health of our patients every day. I am hesitant to refer colleague to VCA d/t lack of support and trust of staff from hospital mgmt. Malaise is real as staff are not valued, profit seems to be the drive. Valuing team drives profit, excellent medicine.
