Posted 19 days ago

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

communication skill, time management, professionalism, accountability, conflict management

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the progyny fertility coverage. i paid for COBRA after resigning so i still had access to this coverage.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

listening to their employees. work life balance for the staff. better management staffing and hiring processes to prevent frequent turnover.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

leadership and management - they do not listen to their employees, no changes are made to better the culture and hostile workplace, no follow up and no corrective action. i left over a year ago and the same things are still occurring (i still talk to the employees i managed)
